Booking

Mediation and arbitration services are available Monday through Friday, either half or whole days. Weekend sessions are available by special request.

Half day sessions begin at 9:30 a.m. or 1:30 p.m. unless another time has been requested and approved by our office.

Full day sessions begin at any time agreed to by the parties.

After selecting a date from the availability calendar that is agreeable to all parties, please submit a date request through the "Reserve Date" button at the bottom of the page.  Within 24 hours of receipt of your request, you will receive confirmation of your selected date.

Minimum Fee and Cancellation Policy for Mediation

There is a two (2) hour minimum charge for half day mediations and a four (4) hour minimum charge for all-day mediations.  The minimum charge will be billed if mediation is cancelled or rescheduled within 72-business hours of the scheduled date.
